- ELECTRONIC APPLE INTRO NEWS READ ME
-
- Welcome to Apple Intro News - the Movie!
-
- You may already be familiar with the newspaper version of Apple Intro News.
- This highly successful publication was created to coincide with Apple product
- and technology introductions. It was designed to showcase the new third party
- applications that take specific advantage of Apple's new products.
-
- With the introduction of QuickTime it was clear we had the perfect tool to
- showcase third party product demonstrations--and, what better way to show an
- example of the use of QuickTime technology than to create a dynamic document
- incorporating QuickTime? So the ELECTRONIC APPLE INTRO NEWS (EAIN) was born.
-
- In this Hypercard stack you will find examples of many creative ways to use
- QuickTime. All of them have been saved in QuickTime Movie format and are
- therefore launchable with a click of the mouse on the QuickTime "badge".
- You'll see:
-
- • animations
- • screen recorded demos
- • still images with audio track
- • captured video demos and interviews
-
- And much more!
-
- So take your time to browse through EAIN. You can hear the perspective of the
- team that created QuickTime as well as how developers envision it's use in
- their products. Take a look at your favorite product demo and/or read in
- detail about it's new QuickTime features. Watch as developers make their first
- attempts at movies and rap videos! Use the "play" bar to start and stop the
- movies, or simply click once inside the frame.
-
- Included is information on 96 new products that will be shipping with QuickTime
- functionality by March, 1992.
